Contracting NV, registered office at Lage Kaart 95, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium, company number BE 0429.073.857, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at info@diis-group.com.
When you complete the contact form we process your name, email address and, where provided, your phone number, the name of your company and the content of your message. We ask for no more than is needed to answer your question.
Solely to contact you and deal with your question. Where that leads to an engagement, we also use your data to perform that agreement and to meet the legal obligations that come with it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
On your consent when you contact us yourself, on the performance of a contract when we work for you, and on our legal obligations as regards the retention of files.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of two years. File data is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require.
No one, unless it is necessary for handling your file (for example with your accountant, a lawyer or a notary, always in consultation with you) or where the law obliges us to. Our IT suppliers process data solely on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and the right to object to or restrict its processing. A simple message to info@diis-group.com is enough. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
